This is our beautiful family owned 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully air-conditioned first floor apartment on the Polaris World Mar Menor Golf Resort. The resort is situated in the Costa Calida Murcia region of Southern Spain. This region of Spain has the lowest rainfall and enjoys 315 days of sunshine per year. The apartment has been furnished to a high standard with all you would ever need to enjoy your holiday.

The apartment has 2 large bedrooms with twin beds, the master bedroom benefits from a full en-suite bathroom and patio doors open onto a large private terrace which overlooks the 11th green and 12th fairway.

Just outside the apartment is a large swimming pool This area is fenced to provide safety for families with young children. Four portable sun beds are provided for you to use around the pool or to use on one of the area’s many blue flag beaches. To the front of the apartment is a children’s play area.

Tropical trees and plants line this immaculately kept resort .Within a short walk you will come to the Polaris World Boulevard which consists of a number of very good bars and restaurants. In the centre of the resort is a 5* Hotel complex with Spa, community centre, bars, restaurants and supermarket.

Our apartment is fully managed by a local company, and we offer a comprehensive meet and greet service at the resort, and a full introduction to the apartment and the facilities it has to offer.
